After 6 years of running mycology workshops I’m thrilled to be teaming up with Chris to bring you this immersive journey through Mount George, Manning Valley at Chris’s permaculture farm “Little Zephyr Farm” to uncover the mysterious world of fungi and see some live demonstrations of permaculture based regenerative food systems.
What we will be learning:
Observing different families of fungi
Practical tips on how to identify and find mushrooms
Learn about the anatomy of fungi & their role in the ecosystem
A tour around the farm, seeing the market garden, berry garden, 2 year old food forest, apiary and much more.
Inoculating logs with myceliated plugs and seal with bees wax
A freshly cooked mushroom meal and fresh produce straight from the farm to your plate!
We hope to see you there!
